Located north on Highway 281 and the Guadalupe River, River Crossing features homes built on sloping, lush tree covered hills, while others overlook the stunning private membership golf course that weaves its way through the northern portion of our neighborhood.  All residents appreciate the awe-inspiring star lit skies and quiet peacefulness of a rural area at night. 
 
River Crossing is among the most premier neighborhoods in the Bulverde-Spring Branch area.  Several words that come to mind when describing the homes found here include luxury, sophistication and elegance. While our many friendly neighbors are our most appealing features here in River Crossing!
 
River Crossing is located 20 miles west of New Braunfels and 22 miles east of Boerne on Highway 46 and 30 miles north of San Antonia making it centrally located to enjoy activities in the Texas Hill Country.

Online - Native Plant Talk: Let’s Get Ready for Spring
Thursday, February 4th, 12 pm to 1 pm
Join members of the Lindheimer Chapter of the Native Plant Society of Texas to hear a brief discussion over your lunch about getting your native plant garden ready for spring and ask questions about them afterwards. Feel free to bring all your native plant questions and we will try to answer them but the speaker has only prepared for answers to questions about the topic stated.

$300/year - The Master Community
$363/year - The Water (in addition to the Master Community)
$300/year - The Overlook (in addition to the Master Community)
Gated Communities
River Crossing has two exclusive gated communities, The Overlook and The Waters, with their own management company and separate Architectural Control Committees (ACC) .
 
The Overlook has approximately 62 homesites, some situated on the River Crossing Club golf course and others with beautiful views of the Texas Hill Country.  
 
 
 
 

The Waters consists of about 57 homesites, located across from the River Crossing Club golf course on River Crossing Boulevard and other homesites can be found closer to the Guadalupe River featuring breathtaking views of the gorgeous Texas Hill Country and the Guadalupe River.
