What does the different Levels mean?
The Levels are designed to identify a primary user and additional family members. This function will be useful should we have questionnaires/voting where only one response per property is required. Level 1 is assigned as the primary user, for us, the first to register. Level 2 will be the spouse, significant other or adult family member residing in the residence. Level 3 will be for teens. Using the Level plus the Resident Status we will also be able to target information just to the property owners. Access to the website is the same for all of the Levels.
